Shipping Service Standards:

All orders are shipped from Okotoks, Alberta, Canada.  

Canadian orders:  

Standard shipping via UPS or Canada Post Expedited shipping service (5-10 business days).  

Express shipping via UPS or Canada Post Express Post service (3-6 business days).  

***ATTENTION: With the current state of shipping costs, we have been shipping often with UPS courier as transit times are better and more competitive rates.  

***Local pick up is available from our studio in Okotoks, Alberta, Canada for FREE.  Please choose LOCAL PICKUP at checkout.  I will text you to schedule your pickup, or you can send me an email or (lisa@myfavestraps.com) or phone or text (403-968-1040) to pick up your order.***

USA orders:

Standard shipping via USPS Ground Advantage shipping service via USPS (5-10 business days).  

Express Post is the USPS Priority shipping service (3-6 business days).

ATTENTION: We use a courier to take your package from Canada to the US Border and dropped off at the local USPS office.  Sometimes it takes a day before your item will start tracking.

International (Excludes EU):

Standard shipping via Canada Post Tracked Packet International service (15-25 business days).  

Express shipping via Canada Post Express Post service (10-15 business days).

We do not ship to any Restricted or High risk Countries.

European Customers:

Please visit our Etsy Shop (My Fave Straps) to purchase our fabulous straps and gift wrap.  Due to the new EU VAT regulations I can no longer accept EU orders on my website. If you are not finding the item on Etsy, please message and I will create a custom order for you.  ;-)

over $75.00  -  Standard Shipping: $7.99

over $125.00 - Standard Shipping: FREE

Express Shipping for all Canadian and American orders is $19.99 CAD.  

International: Prices calculated individually at checkout.  

If you need your order really fast, we are willing to provide you with a custom courier quote via FEDEX, UPS, CanPar, Purolator etc.  Just send us an email to lisa@myfavestraps.com before placing your order to consider your options.
